The Lion 30-inch electric warming drawer is made with 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, it has a full-size handle, and five removable food warming buffet pans with lids, and provides a handy way to keep food warm and ready to serve. The temperature control keeps food warm with a max temperature of 120 Celsius and the dual indicator lights let you know when the unit is on and if the warming drawer is hot. The two adjustable vents allow you to control moisture within the warming compartment and the unit is CSA-certified for safety.
